Steak Crusted Hot Sauce

This is delightful and makes a nice coating for your steak on the grill.

Ingredients:
16 ox Sirloin, ribeye, chuck, hamburger, etc. You can use chicken, too.
2-4oz of Poppi’s Serracha, Scotch Bonnet, or any of Poppi’s Hot Sauce, and EQUAL amounts of Poppi’s KC Supreme BBQ Sauce

Directions:
Cook your steak on the FIRST side to your amount of doneness the way you normally do on your grill. Flip the steak to cook the other side. Coat generously with the Poppi’s Original Gourmet, Wild Cherry Chipotle, or Scotch Bonnet Hot Sauce AND equal amounts (1:1) of Poppi’s KC Supreme BBQ sauce. Finish cooking that side of the steak and turn once more. Now coat the first side that has not yet been coated. Cook for another minute or two. Remove from grill and let it rest 2–5 minutes. If it’s too hot, mix more Poppi’s BBQ Sauce before coating during the cooking process. Again, as always, play with the mixture FIRST before you try it in order to find the perfect mix.
