Poppi’s Competition Brisket Rub — and good on other meats as well. BEEF BBQ RUB—If you’re cooking a brisket—or any beef—this is the stuff that gives you a wonderful flavor! Even if you’re not smoking, it adds a wonderful flavor to any beef! Inject a Brisket (or beef roast) with beef broth and rub on about 2 tablespoons of this delight. Smoke at 220° for 9-13 hours until center internal temperature is 210°. Also good on burgers, steak, any beef. Don’t forget to get some Poppi’s KC Supreme BBQ Sauce and Poppi’s Hot Sauce (9 different flavors and heat levels) for pouring on top when you serve!
