Cowboy Jelly

Amazing. Incredible. This is one of the most amazing flavors you will put on your buds. Mama B’s pepper jelly is warm and sweet and savory—so it touches every part of your mouth bringing an incredible flavor explosion. Mix it with equal parts of very softened cream cheese for an amazing dip (1:1 ratio), or pour it over a block of your favorite cheese (I like smoked gouda!), or chook chicken halfway, flip it over and smear some jelly on the top cooked side so it melts into the chicken. Heavenly. Put it on a bagel with cream cheese, or straight on toast. It’s a 2 out of 10 heat (low). How ever you use it, your buds will have a flavor explosion!
